​I am a certified psychologist, psychocounsellor, and specialized Gestalt play therapist based in Tbilisi. My practice is built on a simple but deeply held belief: healing begins when you finally step into your own safety. Whether you are an adult navigating life’s complexities or a parent seeking support for your child, my goal is to provide a grounded, creative, and gentle space where true self-discovery can happen.

My Approach

​Every individual requires a unique path to healing, which is why my practice is integrative and eclectic. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I carefully blend evidence-based psychological theories with dynamic, expressive methods to tailor our sessions to your specific needs.

For Adults

I pull from a diverse toolkit including Gestalt therapy, Art Therapy, Symboldrama, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional-Imaginative Therapy (EIT). Together, we will work to unpack deep-rooted patterns, process emotional blocks, and build the inner resilience you need to live authentically and mindfully.

For Children & Adolescents:

Younger clients process the world differently than adults they don't always have the words for what they are feeling. Utilizing the Oaklander Method of Gestalt play therapy, I use creative expression, play, and art to help children and teenagers explore their emotions, project their inner conflicts safely, and build a strong sense of self.
